How to get your order status and logistics tracking

Checking your order status:


First of all, it is recommended that you register an account in BrosWear, then click "Account" in the upper right corner of the website.Then log into your account to view your recent order history, or you can click "View Your Order" on a notification email we sent you, it can easily jump to the corresponding order details page to view the corresponding information.

For each order you can see:

  • Order details such as your order number, order date, total price and included items.
  • Shipping information, including the package's tracking number and shipping carrier.


Your order may take the entire estimated shipping time to arrive. We will do everything possible to ensure that your order arrives by the promised date, including adjusting shipping methods if necessary. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your order delivery address, tracking number, and shipping carrier.

NOTE: We will process your order as quickly as possible to ensure you receive it within the specified delivery time. If your order does not arrive within this time frame, please contact support@broswear.com.

Sometimes, high demand may cause us to run out of certain items. If we do not have the item you ordered in stock, we will notify you by email immediately so you can replace it with another product.

Tracking Packages:

You can click  "My Order" and then the "View" to find the "Tracking" button, just click it to get the package logistics information and tracking number. You can also click "Track Your Shipment" through the delivery notification email, and it can jump to the corresponding logistics details page.



For each order, you can check the order details and shipping summary. If you click "Track Your Shipment", but fail to check the logistics status of the corresponding order. You can use the tracking number to check on the following website:

In some cases, We may ship one order in multiple packages.When we do this, you can contact our customer service to get the tracking number of other packages, please don't worry, we will definitely send all the products to your home. Even if we choose to ship your order in multiple packages, you will only be charged once.
